Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Does not Include:
- Road hazard damage (snag, impact puncture whether repairable or not).
- Incorrect fitment of tyre.
- Improper storage of tyre.
- Over/ under recommended inflation or improper maintenance or other abuse.
- Being fitted to or used with incompatible or improper valves, rims or wheels.
- Being used with a vehicle load higher than recommended.
- Accident, fire, chemical exposure, tyre alteration or vandalism.
- Tyres purchased second hand.
- Tyres that have not been fitted or used in accordance with the technical recommendations of the manufacturer.
