SHIPPING
We work with trusted national carriers (including Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex and Team Global Express to name a few) to get your gear delivered right across the country. We review our carriers regularly to make sure we’re offering the best options available.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Orders are shipped from our various warehouses across Australia. We’ll dispatch from the location that gets your items to you fastest.
Once your order’s in, we aim to ship it the next business day. You’ll get tracking emails, so you always know where your gear is.

We offer the below shipping options, dependent on your order type and delivery location:

Standard delivery for oversized or bulky items requiring specialised handling or transport. A forklift or suitable unloading equipment is required at the delivery location. Part of the shipping cost is covered by us to help keep your delivery fee down. |

Notes:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary, especially to regional areas or during busy periods. Quoted days refer to business days (exclude weekends and public holidays) and begin once your order has been dispatched (picked up from our warehouse by the carrier).

Express Shipping is only offered in selected areas for eligible orders. If it’s available for your location, you’ll see the option at checkout. If it doesn’t appear, it isn’t available for that address.

Primary Delivery Address is the main delivery address linked to your account and provided to Aussie Powersports during account setup. Direct ship orders (orders sent to an alternative address for example, directly to your customer) aren’t eligible for capped freight rates. If a capped freight option is selected, the freight charge will be adjusted accordingly before the order is dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the selected freight method.
COST
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of the items in your order; bigger items generally cost more to deliver.
Your exact shipping charge will be shown in your cart at checkout once you enter your delivery postcode.
Freight charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Additional Freight Charges
Sometimes extra freight charges come through after dispatch and may need to be charged separately.
This can include things like:

Remote or regional delivery surcharges

Redelivery or failed delivery fees

Tail lift requirements where unload facilities aren’t available

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

Delivery access issues not advised at the time of ordering

Address changes requested after dispatch
These charges come directly from the freight carrier, so any additional costs will be passed on at cost.
