The most vulnerable part of the Pioneer 1000's original ball joints is the stud. SuperATV addresses this by using chromoly steel and a design that reduces taper at the base, resulting in a significantly stronger and more resilient joint.
Constructed entirely from hardened 4340 chromoly steel, this Upper and Lower Heavy Duty Ball Joint kit is twice as strong as stock and built to take a beating. The Ball Joints are also fully greaseable and adjustable, allowing for smooth operation and extended service life even under the harshest conditions.
